CANDIDATE DUTIES:

• To ensure the provision of a first class clinical service.
• To undertake all work in accordance with trust procedures and operating policies.
•  Teaching, supervision and development of Junior doctors in the Department, medical students and non-medical staff as appropriate.
• To ensure at all times that you comply with the General Medical Council’s published guide “Good Medical Practice”.
• Participating in continuing professional development and in the Trust’s appraisal and assessment processes, which include a formal annual appraisal.
• Contribute to audits and ongoing research activity.

REQUIREMENTS:

• MBBS / MBChB / MD or equivalent.
• Speciality training completed
• Minimum 7 years full time post graduate experience.
• Minimum 2 years of continuous experience in Radiology.
• Board based experience in General Radiology with Sub speciality interests.
• Consultant level experience
• GMC registration.
• Efficiency in teamwork and superior communication skills.
• Leadership and Management Skills
